A year-round intense, elite program looking for wrestlers that push the pace and bring the fight to each second of practice and competition.  Athletes, as well as parents, are expected to buy into the process (doesn't happen overnight) and represent themselves as leaders in the community as well as SOARR Wrestling in a positive and respectful manner.  Athletes are expected to push themselves and be accountable.  Your best effort and attitude will always be expected.  

1-2 day session options will be structured so that SOARR wrestlers will learn fundamental and advanced techniques within the sport, how to drill and wrestle in specific situations, compete at an elite level, and learn to develop goals and push themselves to achieve those goals.  Wrestlers do not need to be advanced level.  SOARR Wrestling is for all skill levels that are looking to improve and outwork their competition.  Our goal is to give your child every opportunity to be successful on and off the mat.

What to Expect:

• -Fundamentals to Advanced technique focusing on stance & motion, hand fighting, repetitive drilling and breaking technique down in steps until proficient at match speed
• -Mastering offensive and defensive skills on their feet, movement and hand control on bottom, forward pressure with riding on top, pinning skills and chain wrestling
• -Situational wrestling along with mat awareness, match strategy and mental preparation & toughness
• -No child left behind, coaches will ensure each wrestler is helped and not move on until they're caught up

Membership Options:

• Spring 1 day a week (Mar-May) -$180
• Spring 2 days a week (Mar-May) -$340

ONE-TIME PRACTICE DROP-IN OPTION

• Daily Drop-in (Pay at door & sign waiver) - $25

PERSONAL TECHNIQUE TRAINING 

• Schedule a small group 30 minute session with a SOARR Coach of your choice prior to a regularly scheduled practice.
