SOARR Lifting Program


Welcome to the 2022 SOARR Spring Lifting Session Registration!


This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Payment Plans are available at checkout.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from our account.




This lifting session will be a personal/small group training session meant for each athlete to establish a solid foundation with their lifting.  This means not only with their techniques, but as well as their effort.  These sessions are geared towards preparing athletes both physically and mentally for the grind of high level high school competition. 


Athletes, as well as parents, are expected to buy into the process (doesn't happen overnight) and represent themselves as leaders in the community as well as SOARR in a positive and respectful manner.  Athletes are expected to push themselves and be accountable.  Your best effort and attitude will always be expected.  


Each athlete in this session will be individually monitored and progress at a rate that is consistent to what they can handle.  Lifting plans will be tailored to where each individual is currently at with the flexibility to adjust as necessary. The primary goal of this program is to build strength and do so in a safe and effective way.  We will be lifting weights.   Squats, bench press, using dumbbells, all of it.


Athletes do not need to be advanced level.  SOARR Lifting is for all skill levels that are looking to improve and outwork their competition.  Our goal is to give your child every opportunity to be successful in their respective sports. 


What to Expect:

  • - Individualized workout plans to fit each individuals current fitness level
  • - Consistent monitoring and adapting of the workout plan to allow flexibility if an individual is making progress otherwise expected. 
  • - Will cover the foundation of proper techniques and mindset for lifting 
  • - Lifting and progressing with weights meant to push each individual, stretch their comfort zone, and force muscles to grow!
  • - No child left behind, coaches will ensure each athlete is helped and not move on until they're caught up


*Note these sessions will be limited.  We will be running the spring session with 6 athletes max and summer session with 8 athletes max.  Once a session is full we can no longer accept registrations.

Membership Options:

  • Spring 1 day a week (April-June) -$200

Summer - 6/19-8/21

  • Sundays - 3:45-4:45pm (No practice July 3rd)

Membership Options:

  • Summer 1 day a week (June-Aug) -$180
